What exactly do you do?
We help ambitious businesses grow through smarter pricing and commercial strategy. That includes price positioning, product range optimisation, promotion planning, and long-term revenue strategy. We also work closely on brand, customer insight, and value messaging—because pricing doesn’t live in a vacuum.

Who do you work with?
Mostly startups, scale-ups, and SMEs—especially founder-led or purpose-driven businesses. Our clients are usually at a turning point: launching something new, preparing to grow, or rethinking their pricing structure.

Do you only work with consumer brands?
No. While we have deep experience in FMCG and consumer goods, we also work with B2B, DTC, digital products, and service-based businesses. If pricing matters to your growth, we can help.

What if we’re not sure what we need?
That’s normal. We’ll start with a conversation and work out where the pressure points are. From there, we can recommend a Sprint or deeper engagement depending on what’s most useful to you.

Do you do implementation?
We don’t hand over a presentation and disappear. We work alongside you through implementation—refining together as we go and making sure it sticks.

How long does a project take?
It depends. Our Sprint work can be 2–4 weeks. Longer-term engagements vary depending on scope—but we’ll always move as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Do you offer one-off workshops or advice sessions?
We do. If you need a quick reset or want to pressure-test your thinking, we offer short, focused sessions—drop us a line.

What does it cost?
We tailor pricing to each client and project. If you’re early-stage or independent, we’ll do what we can to make it work. We value transparency and we don’t waste time—if we’re a good fit, we’ll get you a clear proposal, fast.

Can you help us prepare for investment or sale?
Yes. We work with businesses looking to raise funding or position themselves for acquisition. That includes reviewing pricing strategy, unit economics, product architecture, and value narrative to ensure your commercial story stands up to investor scrutiny.

Do you help with identifying acquirers or raising investment?
No. We're not brokers or fundraisers. But we do help you get ready—commercially, strategically, and with the right numbers and messaging in place. We often work alongside your legal or financial advisors as part of that process.

Do you work under NDAs?
Absolutely. We’re used to working with commercially sensitive information, and we’re happy to sign an NDA before you share anything confidential.

Can you help us protect our IP?
While we don’t provide legal advice, we can help you understand the commercial value of your IP and ensure your pricing, product, and positioning strategies reflect it. If you’re working with IP lawyers, we’ll collaborate to align the commercial story.

What sectors do you work in?
We’re sector agnostic but commercially focused. Most of our work is in FMCG, DTC, wellness, tech, digital services, and purpose-led brands—but we’ve worked across everything from subscription food to SaaS, supplements to pet care.
